Ben started his career at an Am Law 100 firm before moving to an in-house role with a client that was the US division of a French-based multinational corporation specializing in luxury goods. Ben was also one of the founding members of a small, technology start-up company, so he understands not letting the perfect be the enemy of the good. Over the last decade, Ben has served as outside counsel to a Fortune 100 company’s Technology Group and has been actively involved in the negotiation of hundreds of technology transactions and related professional service agreements with collective spend over $1B.

In addition to his JD, Ben earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and is licensed to practice in Indiana and Oregon.
